WebNo. The sovereign citizen "theory" has been tested in court hundreds of times, and it's never held water. This is because, among other reasons, by virtue of appearing in court to stand trial, you are acknowledging that court's legal authority over you. So the argument that it has no authority is ipso facto ridiculous.
