WebDec 18, 2024 · The Zilla cabs include greenbacks which are more of a vintage tone. Honestly, you may want to look at the California Duo or Core Tone bundles instead. The Core Tone has a Deluxe with a great Fane alnico speaker, a Vox AC30 with Blues, an oversized Marshall with old greenbacks, and a Mesa Recto with V30. So it covers everything. WebFeb 11, 2024 · Ownhammer Fender Deluxe has an alnico Fane speaker which is amazing. It's really full and clear and just awesome sounding. Not like a bright Jensen. The Vox has Celestion Blue which is good, kind of missing the low end a bit, but that seems common with those speakers and cabs, more boxy. The Marshall is good but kind of dark sounding.
