WebPsychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. IAPT services provide evidence-based treatments for common psychological conditions such as depression and anxiety, including panic. IAPT services offer evidence-based psychological therapies given by accredited practitioners, with routine monitoring and regular outcomes-focused supervision. WebIAPT services provide treatment for people with common mental health problems, including; depression, generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD, phobias, PTSD, health anxiety and body dysmorphic disorder.
